Studies show that yogurt can strengthen the immune system, may increase the blood flow through the heart, and may also fight Osteoporosis.
Yellow Moong Dal
In English, this is known as lentils. Moong dal is famously used in Indian cuisine.
Yellow Beans
Also known as wax beans. Yellow Wax beans have a pale color, with a translucent yellow flesh that sticks tightly to its petit lime green peas from the inside.
Yellow Eye Beans

Yardlong Beans
Known as the asparagus beans in legume, which is cultivated for its edible green pods. It taste like green beans. It is also known as pea bean, long-podded cowpea, Chinese long bean, snake bean, Body, and Bora.
Yuca (Cassava)
Yuca is well known in Haitian food recipes and as well as in the Caribbean, including parts of Latin America.
With just a small amount of olive oil, you can have these ultra-crispy fries in minutes!
Yassa
Yassa is a spicy, marinated fish or poultry dish that’s prepared with onions and lemon. Often serve with or prepared with peanut or olive oil, herbs, and green seedless olives to name a few.
