Lamb Chops in AIr Fryer Pin

Your complete guide to cook the perfect air fryer lamb chops. With a simple garlic and herb marinade, these tender-juicy lamb chops are great for a romantic dinner, Sunday Dinner, Easter, and Holiday Dinner parties.

Cooked lamb chops on blue plate with beets and cucumbers

Lamb is one of the most enriched and delicious meats, and the credit goes to the slight gamey and grassy flavors with a robust taste.

It’s surely a welcoming change from this air fryer Whole chicken and beef bites.

The lamb chops are incredibly succulent with a nice outer crust, and when cooked properly, they will come out perfect!

    Recipe Ingredients

The lamb loin chops are marinated with a mixture of blended garlic, fresh parsley, allspice, bell pepper, salt and pepper to taste, and red wine vinegar. The meat is marinated for over 2 hours, but they are best if marinated overnight.

After cooking and depending on your desired doneness, the lamb loin chops can also be left in the air fryer for seven to nine minutes after cooking for a well-done option.

When cooked to perfection, the air fryer lamb chops achieve a pronounced flavor.

The meat should be cooked in the air fryer to reach the 145-degrees Fahrenheit internal temperature to make sure it is medium-well.

Here’s what you’ll need to make this recipe:

7-8 Pieces of Pre-cut Lamb Chops

    4 Tbsp. Olive oil

1 Tsp. Kosher Salt Or To Taste

½ Tsp. Black Pepper Or To Taste

About 5 Whole Allspice or 1Tsp. Ground Allspice

    Fresh Parsley (About 6 Sprigs)

    ½ Bell Pepper (Any Color)

    1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar

    Various Cuts Of Lamb

Rack Of Lamb: If you want to wow your guests, then this is the dish to prepare. It is very impressive, well presented, suits any occasion, and is extremely easy to prepare.

Keep in mind there are two different typs of cuts when it comes to rack of lamb; the crown roast and the French rack.

    • Crown Rack Or Roast: This is where two rackes are tied together in a circular shape to “create” a crown.
    • Frenched Rack: This cut is where the meat and fat is removed from the bone. This cut is also one of the most readily available at the supermarket.

Loin Chop: Another one of the most readily available cuts at the local supermarket. These cuts are often tender and lean.

They are also called “T” Bone Chops as a “T” shaped bone is in the enter of the meat.

Lamb Ribs: Lambs ribs make a perfect cut to grill and roast. They serve as a great alternative to beef or pork ribs. However, they are not as easily available.

You may want to visit the local butcher for this cut.

Air fryer Lamb chops with vegetables and herbs

Sirloin Chop: This is another popular cut. They come in various sizes and shapes as do beef. However, when cooked to perfection, they can be very tender and juicy.

Bone-In Leg: Bone In Leg of Lamb is sure to satisfy your palate’s desires. Roasted to perfection leaving you with an easy, tender, and delicious meat.

Prepared with pantry staple ingredients but with restaurant quality results.

What Temperature Should I Cook Lamb Chops?

Lamb chops do not take long to cook. The initial process is the most crucial when it comes to cooking lamb chops.

Once the meat first hit the hot skillet or pan, it starts to cook. It is best to cook in batches to avoid under cooking your meat. It is best to not crowd the pan.

Below is a chart to help you bake your lamp chops to your preference after searing.

How did you cook the chops? On the video, it seems that they were taken out of the oven. Did you bake them or air fry them?

The lamb chops were air fried. I used my Emeril Lagasse air fryer 360 (affiliate link)

My lamb chops turned out perfectly in the air fryer – what a great idea to cook them using the air fryer instead of more traditional methods! They were tender and delicious!
