Why Does This Air Fryer Grilled Chicken Fajita Skewers Work?
I can’t believe we are done with the first quarter of the year already. My kids will be out of school soon. This can only mean more food, more backyard grilling, more park playing, and outdoor activities. This grilled chicken kabob recipe will come in handy not only for the reasons mentioned, but also for the following reasons listed below:
They are super easy to make and requires no real effort.
Can be prepared the night before.
High in protein, low on carbs.
Keto-friendly.
Theme night dinner friendly.
Pairs well with any rice dish, like my dill rice or my instant pot Haitian rice.
Fun to eat.
The chicken is so tender and astonishingly appetizing.
Filled with lots of flavor and goodness.
If you’re looking for a low carb and easy dinner, look no further. No need to marinate the chicken for hours either — unless you want to—which will just amplify the flavors even more :). 30 minutes is really all you need to marinate the chicken. The chicken can marinated while you attend to other tasks.
I’ve made this exact recipe on the grill, but this air fryer version is just as nice, easy, and quick.
