Storing your leftover air fryer mushrooms is very simple! All you need to do is refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container, and enjoy it throughout the week with other dishes as it will stay fresh for up to a week.

Recipe Variations
There are so many ways to prepare and serve these garlic air fryer mushrooms. Here are just a few of our favorite ways to cook them:
- Add Acidity. You can also use a premium glaze, which is thicker than the traditional balsamic vinegar. It has a thick consistency and balanced sweetness with tart balsamic flavor. It’s great to drizzle over any dish from fish, vegetables, cheese, desserts, fruits, poultry.
- Use a variety of mushrooms. While this recipe will work with just baby portobello mushrooms, we recommend seeking out a mix of mushroom varieties. This will keep the dish fun and will also introduce you other types of mushrooms.
- Allow the mushrooms to cook. Typically, when air frying food, it’s always best to check them often to avoid burning. However, this case is different when it comes to mushrooms. Allow them to cook without disturbance for best results.
- Add Color. Cook your air fryer mushrooms with carrots, sweet bell peppers, onions, and zucchini or squash.
