First, it’s imperative you get your hands on really ripe mangos. If you can’t find ripe mangoes, use frozen ones.
How To Ripen A Mango?
For this recipe we used the Honey Mango. Feel free to use any mango you’d like. If your mango has not ripened, here are a few steps to follow below to ripen your mangoes.
- Keep the unripe mangoes on the counter. By keeping the mangoes on the counter, the room temperature will help to speed up the process. This process can take about one week.
- Feel free to place the mangoes in a brown paper bag. Place the mangos in a brown bag and let it sit on the counter. This will cause ethylene to be present in the bag and will help the mango to ripe faster.
- If you are not using the mangos right away, place the mangoes in the refrigerator to keep them from ripening.

These three-ingredient mango pops are the easiest summer sweets to make for yourself and your family. It’s healthy. Simple. And incredibly delicious.
You do not need to do much. Just quick three ingredients will work. Here’s what you’ll need:
Fresh Mango– We used honey mangoes. However, any ripe mango will work for this recipe. You can also use frozen mangoes if you are no able to get the fresh ripe mangos.

Frozen Blueberries – This is what take the popsicles to the next level, not just because of the color combination, but also because both fruits pairs well together.

Quickly thaw them under cool water and blend as normal to puree.
How To Make Mango Popsicles?
All you need is 5-10 minutes of you time to make this delicious mango popsicles with blueberries. It is best to use a food processor or a high performing blender.
Gather the ingredients. Wash and pat dry the mangos.
In a food processor, add the water. This will help the mango not stick to the bottom of the blade.
Add the mango and puree the mango. Peel and dice the mango, add the mango to the food processor.
Next, puree the blueberries. Then transfer to a sieve to strain.
Pour the puree mango and blueberries into the popsicle molds.
Feel free to get creative. Mix and match the shapes and patterns. Use a toothpick to create swirls or use different molds to make it a fun experience for the kids.
Place the molds in the freezer for 6 hours or more. Serve and enjoy!!!

- Use ripe mangoes. The sweeter the better!
- Feel free to add different fruits and pineapples.
- Use fresh blueberries if possible.
How To Cut A Mango?
If you want to learn how to cut a mango, it is quite simple. Start by cutting one side of the mango after you have washed it.
Repeat the step for the other sides. Starting with one of the slices, use a paring knife to slice the mango vertically, then horizontally. Be careful to not cut your fingers or hand.
Use your fingers to push the skin from the bottom upward pushing out the diced mangos up towards you.
Use a spoon or the knife to cut out the pieces.
If you are not comfortable cutting the mango this way, simply slice the mango on all sides, discarding the core.
Use the knife to peel the skin off. Then use the peeled slices as desired.
Make Ahead
You can definitely make these popsicles in advance then serve when it is time to entertain.
Simply blend all of the ingredients then freeze. Serve frozen when ready to enjoy!

You can store your mango popsicles in an air-tight freezer friendly bag.
How Long Do Mango Popsicles Last In The In Freezer?
These popsicles will last up to eight months in the freezer.
It is best to use a freezer safe bag to keep the popsicles fresh, safe and easily accessible when ready to eat.
