This reviving and creamy Strawberry Peach Smoothie is perfect for summer and warmer days. Light and cool, and packed with vitamins to keep you energized.
Summer and warmer days call for a refreshing beverage that takes minutes to prepare and is completely customizable.
This Strawberry Peach Smoothie is a refreshing and vibrant beverage made by blending ripe strawberries, juicy peaches (or frozen peaches), and your preferred fat. It’s a classic summer drink that captures the season’s essence with its fresh flavor and vibrant color.
Strawberry Peach Smoothie
This strawberry peach smoothie recipe is not your average smoothie recipe.
The beauty of the Strawberry Peach Smoothie lies in its adaptability. You can customize it to your liking! Additionally, if you want something creamy, you may add Greek yogurt or almond butter. On the other hand, you can add protein powder if you want more protein. To add even more vegetables to your diet, you may even include a handful of spinach or kale in your dish.
Strawberries provide a base that is sweet and slightly sour, while peaches bring an additional layer of sweetness to the smoothie. The combination of these flavors results in a flavor explosion that is both familiar and exciting. In the glass, the brilliant peach hue from the fruits mingle together and creates an inviting color.
Packed with vitamins C and A from the fruits, this smoothie can keep you energized. In addition, it will support your immune system during the hot summer months and warmer days.
Why This Recipe Works
- The vast majority of smoothie recipe calls for banana, similar to our breakfast smoothie which included peach, strawberries, and banana. As a result, you will always be able to detect its presence in the breakfast smoothie. In this recipe, for the sake of allowing the strawberries and peaches to take center stage, I omitted banana from this particular recipe. In order to achieve a creamy texture in the smoothie without the addition of banana, yogurt, or additional fruits is absolutely essential.
- The preparation of this smoothie is quick and easy, and it can be readily customized to suit your preferences. It can be made in just a few minutes. Put in some greens, some protein, and additional fruit including avocado, or yogurt; the possibilities are unlimited!
- This refreshing smoothie is the ideal beverage to consume during the warm summer months and days. It is possible to incorporate protein into it and turn it into a meal, or you can divide it into smaller glasses and serve it as a refreshing and light dessert during the summer.
Key Ingredients
- Fruits – I highly recommend using fresh fruits as much as possible in this smoothie. If you don’t have fresh fruits, frozen fruits will also work well.
- Adding Fat – I suggest choosing plain yogurt that is low in fat. It is less heavy and more easily incorporated into the smoothie.
- Fruit Juice – For this recipe, I used Knudsen Morning Blend Juice. To produce a flavor profile that is both sweet and well-balanced, this juice blend blends fruits such as pineapple, apple, orange, papaya, and peach with certain additional ingredients. You can purchase it at the local grocery store.
Tips for a Perfect Strawberry Peach Smoothie
Here are a few tips to consider when making this recipe at home.
- Use ripe strawberries and peaches for the best flavor and texture. Frozen fruit works, too, but fresh adds a vibrant sweetness.
- Choose your base! Milk (dairy or non-dairy), water, yogurt, coconut water – they offer a different taste and texture. Experiment to find your favorite.
- If your fruit isn’t sweet enough, add honey, maple syrup, or a date for natural sweetness.
- Greek yogurt, avocado, or nut butter are great ways to add a creamy texture and a protein boost.
- Add spinach or kale for a hidden veggie dose, protein powder for extra energy, or green tea for an antioxidant kick.
- Start with a low blender speed and gradually increase to achieve a smooth consistency without over-blending, which can create a foamy texture.
How To Pair Your Smoothie?
When it comes down to this strawberry peach smoothie recipe, there are many ways to add additional ingredients or enjoy it with a side.
Light and Sweet: Enjoy it with granola and fresh berries for a complete breakfast or snack.
Bakery: Pair it with a slice of whole-wheat toast or a muffin for a satisfying and balanced meal.
Salty: For a savory contrast, have it alongside a hard-boiled egg or a handful of roasted almonds.
Post-Workout: This smoothie is a perfect post-workout recovery drink, especially if you add protein powder.
How To Store?
As with any other smoothie, we suggest serving this strawberry smoothie as soon as possible. If you are unable to consume it immediately, transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator.
The smoothie will last up to one day. Because the container would contain less air, the smoothie will be able to maintain its freshness for a longer period of time. I will normally transfer the remaining smoothie into a mason jar after I have filled it up to its full capacity in a glass. This is done in the event that I need to keep part of it for a few hours.

This smoothie could not be more delicious! I used oat milk instead of the juice, but otherwise the same. Peaches, strawberries and peach yogurt all together with the slushy frozen fruit texture and vanilla is the yummiest smoothie combo ever! 😉 Thank you for the lovely recipe.
