It is a great choice for cheese lovers such as myself – and you too! It is better than the store-bought version. The sauce is made to your liking. It is also gluten-free, as I have used cornstarch as a thickening agent instead of all-purpose flour.

Tips for best results
- Not sure which cheese to use? No problem, this recipe works well with almost any cheese. Simply substitute the mentioned cheese with the cheese of your choice.
- Don’t want to use fresh garlic? No problem, garlic powder will also work. If you are not a fan of garlic, simply omit it from the recipe.
- Use Fresh Chopped Spinach in place of frozen if you prefer. I do it by chopping baby spinach in batches in a food processor.
