Long grain white rice – The very famous white rice. This is the rice to make if you are looking for a fluffy rice dish every time.
Wild Rice – This isn’t rice at all…. Who knew? This rice is made of seeds that comes from marsh grass.
It is called wild rice because it looks and cooks like rice.
Wild rice contains more antioxidants than actual rice and is known to help improve heart health and lower the risk of other health concerns.
