Preheat the oven. Clean and wash the chicken. Season. Peel and cut the potatoes. In a small bowl or measuring cup, add the water, honey, mustard and garlic, and salt, and garlic. Mix well.
In a medium size skillet, heat 2 tablespoon and of oil. Add the potatoes. Cook. Remove the potatoes and set it aside. In the same skillet, add the add the chicken and sear on both sides until lightly brown.
Transfer the sauce to the pan and stir well. Cook the sauce. Add the chicken and add green beans. Mix well. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake. Serve warm and enjoy.
