Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spaghetti noodles
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup matchsticks carrots
  • ½ red bell pepper cut in strips
  • 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • ½ tsp. fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp. sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce

Instructions

  • Cook noodles according to the instructions on the box and set aside.
  • Heat oil, add garlic and onions. Cook for 1 minute on medium heat.
  • Add carrots and ginger and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add green onions, sriracha sauce, and hoisin sauce. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Add noodles, broccoli, red peppers, and remaining ingredients. Combine well. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  • Serve warm.
