Vegetable Lo Mein Recipe
This Vegetable Lo Mein Recipe is prepared with a handful selection of vegetables. It is ready in 30 minutes or less and contains ingredients such as sriracha sauce for a little heat, sesame oil, brown sugar, and soy sauce to name a few.
Servings 6 People
- 1 lb. spaghetti noodles
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup matchsticks carrots
- ½ red bell pepper cut in strips
- 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 green onion chopped
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- ½ tsp. fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp. sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
Cook noodles according to the instructions on the box and set aside.
Heat oil, add garlic and onions. Cook for 1 minute on medium heat.
Add carrots and ginger and cook for 2 minutes.
Add green onions, sriracha sauce, and hoisin sauce. Cook for 1 minute.
Add noodles, broccoli, red peppers, and remaining ingredients. Combine well. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
