Blend or pulse the Oreos until they form into a sand like texture, or very find crumbs.

Add in the cream cheese. Blend again until well combined. Stop when the cookies have formed but do not over process as you do not want it to be mushy. After, transfer the Oreo cookies into a bowl. Let sit while you prepare the chocolate. Use a cookie scoop to scoop out the dough. Roll the dough into the desired size ball. Place the dough on a lined cookie sheet.

When ready to dip: In a medium bowl, add the chocolate and heat in the microwave in accordance to the directions on the package.
