Trim off and discard the stems at the bottom of the sprouts, this also includes any loose outer layers. Slice larger sprouts in half if they are whole, or slice to desired size. In a large mixing bowl or directly in the air fryer basket, toss the sprouts with olive oil, lemon juice, and season with pinches of salt and pepper to taste.
Finally, air fry the Brussel sprouts until the sprouts are slightly crisp and soft in the center.
The outer layer should be slightly charred and nicely golden brown on the outside. Serve warm and enjoy.
