In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the oil. Then add the chicken and cook completely. Turn occasionally to cook all sides. Cook until the water starts to dissolve. Once the water has almost dissolved add 1 tbsp. of Cajun seasoning. Add the shrimp. Continue cooking until the shrimp is cooked completely. Remove the shrimp and chicken from the pan and set aside. Add the onions, add the minced garlic cloves, garlic, and peppers
Reduce the heat to a low temperature. Add creamer, Belans seasoning blend, water, and parsley flakes. Bring to a boil. While whisking or stirring, add 1 tbsp. flour. Add the pasta and toss to combine. Add in the remaining 1 tbsp. cajun seasoning, meat, and shrimp. Toss to combine. Then add 1 tsp. kosher salt. Toss again and cover and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes on low heat until pasta is completely cooked. Top with Parmesan Cheese and serve immediately. Enjoy!
