On a hectic night, make these tasty, healthy Salmon Tacos in 30 minutes. Next taco night will be better with salmon! Flaking fish on a tortilla with your favorite sauce or condiment adds the most taste.
Wash and pat dry the salmon. Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes. Season the salmon with the Jacmel seasoning. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil on top, then add half of the lemon juice. Mix well. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Over medium heat, add heat 1 tablespoon oil. Then add the salmon. Reserve the seasoning mixture. Cook the salmon, and while the salmon is cooking add ½ cup water to the bowl. Stir or swirl the water around the bowl and pour the water onto the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low, and add the chopped parsley. Adjust the seasoning if needed (add salt if needed).Allow to cook /simmer for 2-3 minutes. When the salmon is cooked to your desired texture and consistency, remove the salmon from the stove and assemble the tacos. Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley, lettuce, lemon or lime wedge, tomatoes, and avocado.
