Homemade Caesar Dressing With No Mayo
Homemade Caesar Dressing with no mayo is deceptively simple, with just a bit of chopping and some good whisking will create this delectable salad topper.
Servings 6 People
- ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
- Juice From Lemon
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder Or 1 minced garlic clove
- ½ Tsp. Kosher Salt
- ⅛ Tsp. Black Pepper
- ¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
In a large bowl or mixing cup, whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper and parmesan cheese.
Transfer the dressing to a container. Refrigerate until ready to use. The dressing will last in an airtight container up to 5 days in the fridge.
Add two tablespoon of water if the dressing is too thick to dilute it.
