Homemade Caesar Dressing with no mayo is deceptively simple, with just a bit of chopping and some good whisking will create this delectable salad topper.

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
  • Juice From Lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder Or 1 minced garlic clove
  • ½ Tsp. Kosher Salt
  • Tsp. Black Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • In a large bowl or mixing cup, whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper and parmesan cheese.

  • Transfer the dressing to a container. Refrigerate until ready to use. The dressing will last in an airtight container up to 5 days in the fridge.

Add two tablespoon of water if the dressing is too thick to dilute it.
