Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels Sprouts Halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil

Instructions

  • Trim off and discard the stems at the bottom of the sprouts, this also includes any loose outer layers. Slice larger sprouts in half if they are whole, or sliced to desired size depending on how large the sprouts are.
  • In a large mixing bowl or directly in the air fryer basket, toss the sprouts with olive oil, lemon juice, and generously season with pinches of salt and pepper.
  • Finally, air fry the Brussel sprouts for 25 minutes or until the sprouts are slightly crisp and soft in the center. The outer layer should be slightly charred and nicely golden brown on the outside. Serve warm and enjoy.

Brussels Sprouts Recipe Notes:

  1. Buy the ones that are already cut in halves to reduce preparation time.
  2. Keep the sprouts the same size for even cooking.
  3. Although not necessary, you may arrange the Brussel sprout cuts facing upward to allow the center to become extra crispy.
