Super easy to prepare the dish. These sautéed frozen green beans are served as a side and have excellent flavor from both the garlic and onions.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper Sliced
  • 1 Small Onion Sliced
  • 3 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1 Bag 16 Ounce Frozen Green Beans
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 Tsp. Kosher Salt or to taste
  • ½ Tsp. Black Pepper Or to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients: Mince the garlic, slice the onions and bell pepper and set aside.
    Cook the ingredients: Begin by adding the olive oil in the nonstick skillet over medium low heat. When the oil has heated through, add the slice onions. Cook for about 1 minute.
    Then add the minced garlic. Stir well to combine and continue cooking for about 1 minute.

  • Next, add in the green beans and sliced bell peppers. Mix well then add the salt and pepper.
    Mix well as the vegetables sauté. Sauté for about 15 minutes or until heated through or until you’ve reached your desired consistency.
    Serve warm and enjoy.
