Wash and pat dry the salmon. Place the salmon in a large plate, and season with salt and pepper. Set aside. Add oil to a large skillet medium-high heat. Once the oil is heated, sear the salmon.

Cook the salmon. Remove the salmon and set aside on a plate.

Add the garlic and cook; continuously stirring to avoid sticking. Then add the honey and soy sauce, followed by the lemon juice, and parsley. Stir and bring to a quick boil or until heated through. Next, add the salmon.
