Preheat the oven. Wash the meat then pat dry and place the meat in a large bowl. Add the seasoning and top with the olive oil.
Mix well to combined. Let sit for extra flavor. Transfer the meat to a baking dish.
Add water to the seasoned bowl, then pour the water mixture over the meat.
Cover, bake, then remove from the oven. Spoon the meat juice and place in a small bowl. Add cornstarch and stir well. Pour the mixture over the meat and mix well to combine.
Return to the oven and continue baking (covered). If the meat is not brown enough, remove the cover and broil for some time.
Serve over a bed of rice and enjoy!
