- 2 Ear corn on the cob peeled
- 1 Cup Water
Cooking Corn In Instant Pot
Peel the corn and set aside. In the instant pot, add 1 cup water. Then add the corn. Cover. Turn the knob to sealing. Then cook on high pressure for 2 minutes. Quick release and enjoy. Season as desired.
Cooking corn over the stove
Peel the corn and set aside.
In a large pot, cook the corn over the stove in medium high heat for 5-8 minutes in boiling water.
You do not need to add salt to the water. However, feel free to add sugar to the water (over the corn) to sweeten the corn a bit more.
