Peel the corn and set aside. In the instant pot, add 1 cup water. Then add the corn. Cover.
Turn the knob to sealing. Then cook on high pressure for 2 minutes. Quick release and enjoy. Season as desired.

In a large pot, cook the corn over the stove in medium high heat for 5-8 minutes in boiling water.
