Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Dry Navy beans
  • 1 teaspoon Salt we used Kosher salt
  • 1 Cup Diced onions
  • ½ Cup Light brown sugar
  • Cup Honey
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • ½ Cup Ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon Liquid Smoke
  • ¼ Cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 Cups Water

Instructions

  • Rinse and drain the dry beans. Place the beans in the instant pot.

  • Add the salt, onions, sugar and honey. Then add the butter, ketchup, liquid smoke, mustard, and water. Cook on high for 1 hour and 45 minutes high pressure.
