Ingredients

  • 2 Large Russet Potatoes Washed, cut in wedges
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • ½ Tsp. Kosher Salt
  • ½ Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Paprika

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add the potato wedges, oil, salt, ground pepper, and paprika. Toss to well combined.
    Transfer the wedges in the air fryer basket.

  • Cook for 18 Minutes on 400°. When time is complete, flip the wedges on the other side and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or longer for a crispier texture.
