Potato Wedges In Air Fryer
You can enjoy these extra crispy potato wedges on the table in a matter of minutes, by using just a few affordable ingredients and a handy air fryer.

- 2 Large Russet Potatoes Washed, cut in wedges
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
In a large bowl, add the potato wedges, oil, salt, ground pepper, and paprika. Toss to well combined. Transfer the wedges in the air fryer basket. Cook for 18 Minutes on 400°. When time is complete, flip the wedges on the other side and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or longer for a crispier texture. Serve and enjoy!
