  • ½ teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 ¼ Cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Fresh Lemon Juice
