These waffles are perfectly delicious smothered in maple syrup. There are so easy to make. Your entire family will love them!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ¼ tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 ½ tsp. Belans
  • Cup Pumpkin Puree (100% real pumpkin)
  • 1 ½ Tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • ¼ Cup Canola Oil
  • 4 Tbsp. Unsalted Melted Butter
  • Cup Milk
  • ¼ Cup Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Then add the pumpkin puree and the remaining wet ingredients. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together.
    Mix well until well just until combined. Set aside.

  • Spray the waffle iron lightly with cooking spray then pour the necessary amount (whatever fills your waffle iron; I used a ⅓ cup) into the waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's directions.
    Keep the waffles warm in a preheated oven. Repeat the process with the remaining batter. Serve warm with syrup of choice and your favorite topping.
