- 3 handful kale cooked to your taste
- 1 12 oz. bag shrimp best to use already peel shrimp
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. garlic minced
- Feta cheese optional
- Raisins optional
In a large skillet, heat the butter, then add the garlic.
Add the kale and shrimp.
Cook until shrimp turns pink and until the kale starts to soften.
Transfer to a bowl, then add salt and pepper.
Topped with feta cheese and raisins.
