  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 handful kale cooked to your taste
  • 1 12 oz. bag shrimp best to use already peel shrimp
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. garlic minced
  • Feta cheese optional
  • Raisins optional

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat the butter, then add the garlic.
  • Add the kale and shrimp.
  • Cook until shrimp turns pink and until the kale starts to soften.
  • Transfer to a bowl, then add salt and pepper.
  • Topped with feta cheese and raisins.
