  • 3 handful kale cooked to your taste
  • 1 12 oz. bag shrimp best to use already peel shrimp
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. garlic minced
  • Feta cheese optional
  • Raisins optional

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the butter, then add the garlic.
  2. Add the kale and shrimp.
  3. Cook until shrimp turns pink and until the kale starts to soften.
  4. Transfer to a bowl, then add salt and pepper.
  5. Topped with feta cheese and raisins.
