Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • cups sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Whisk the first 5 ingredients. Add to a skillet. Top with chicken, parsley, and mushrooms. Cook in the oven for 25 minutes or until fork comes out clean.

Notes
