Peel, halve, seed, and cube one half of the papaya. Cut the cubes. Then add them to the blender.

Then add the almond milk, salt, maple sirup, lemon juice, and vanila extract. You may add milk to thicken it; but this is completely optional. Blend to a smooth consistency.
