Vegan Roasted Air Fryer Chickpeas
Learn how to make the best chickpeas in the air fryer in under 15 minutes. These are great to eat as a snack and is filled with addictive flavor.
Servings 2 People
- 1 15.5 Oz Can Chickpeas Drained and patted dried
- 1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Drain the chickpeas in a colander. Pat them dry and transfer them to a bowl.
Drizzle the oil on top of the peas and season with salt. Mix well to combine.
Then place the chickpeas in the air fryer basket. Roast or cook for 12 minutes but no more than 15 minutes on 400 degrees. Shake the chickpeas constantly to assure all sides are cooked evenly. Cook them to your level of crunchiness. 12 minutes was enough for me in my air fryer.
Remove the chickpeas from the basket. Place in a bowl and enjoy.
