Using a large cookie sheet, line it with parchment paper. Set aside. Place the white chocolate chips into a microwaveable mixing bowl.Heat in the microwave in 30 second increments, or as directed on the package. Stir after every 30 seconds to make sure the chocolate is not overcooked.Once the chocolate is completely melted, immediately pour the chocolate onto the parchment paper.
Spread the chocolate evenly to create a thin layer. Sprinkle the chocolate with your desired sprinkles and Easter candy.Place the entire sheet in the refrigerator and allow the candy to harden. It should set within 10 minutes.Break the chocolate into pieces and serve.
