These air fryer Brussel Sprouts with lemon are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. These Brussels sprouts are slightly charred, crispy, and easy to make. They are perfect as a weeknight side dish. Follow these steps to make them perfectly each time.
Trim off and discard the stems at the bottom of the sprouts, this also includes any loose outer layers. Slice larger sprouts in half if they are whole, or sliced to desired size depending on how large the sprouts are.In a large mixing bowl or directly in the air fryer basket, toss the sprouts with olive oil, lemon juice, and season with pinches of salt and pepper to taste.
Finally, air fry the Brussel sprouts for 15 minutes or until the sprouts are slightly crisp and soft in the center on 370°.
The outer layer should be slightly charred and nicely golden brown on the outside. Serve warm and enjoy.

Buy the ones that are already cut in halves to reduce preparation time.
Keep the sprouts the same size for even cooking.
Although not necessary, you may arrange the Brussel sprout cuts facing upward to allow the center to become extra crispy.
