On a clean surface or cutting board, lightly dust the board or surface with about 1 Tablespoon of all-purpose flour. Next, place the puff pastry on the board. Using a rolling pin, gently roll out the puff pastry. Cut the pastry into 9 squares. Take one Oreo and place it in the center of the puff pastry. Wrap the dough around the cookie to completely cover it and be sure to press down gently on the seams and seal the cookies. This will prevent the dough from breaking apart and exposing the cookie. Place the covered cookie in the air fryer and repeat the process with the remaining cookies.
Air fryer for up to 10 minutes or until golden at 350°F. Be sure to check the cookies periodically as the heat may be different depending on the air fryer you have. Once they are golden or the time is up, remove the cookies from the air fryer. Allow them to cool and sprinkle them with powdered sugar before serving.
