Notes
For Watermelon Blueberry Salad Recipe:
How long does the salad last? I would recommend up to 5 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Can I add honey or sugar? This is completely up to you. But I find that it is best with maple syrup. You can also use honey.
Can I add cheese? YUP! Completely your choice. Feta cheese is great with this salad, as well as goat cheese.
Why add mint? Mint provides a fresh earthy taste. It is used to enhance meals, salads, and juice.
Why does the salad release extra liquid? Be mindful, watermelon release a lot of juice; this can water down the taste in the salad if let sit for too long.
