How To Make Kiwi Coulis
By far the simplest kiwi puree you'll ever make. Prepared in less than 10 minutes. This kiwi coulis goes well with your favorite breakfast pancakes, waffles, or desserts. It’s fantastic on yogurt and so much more!

Kiwi
Peeled and sliced

Juice From ½ Lemon
Instructions
Place the ingredients in the saucepan over low-medium heat.
Stir well to combine. This should take about 2 minutes
Cover and cook until the kiwis are soft.
Transfer the mixture to a high quality blende. Blend until smooth. Pour into a container and use as needed.
Blending Option Without Cooking First
Add the ingredients in a high quality blender.
Blend until smooth. Dilute it with a tablespoon of water if too thick.
