  • Air Fryer

  • 3 Large Russet Potatoes Peeled and cut
  • 4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp. Kosher Salt Or to taste
  • ½ Tsp. Black Pepper Or to taste
  • 1 Tsp. Paprika
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 Bell Pepper Sliced
  • 1 Pk Smoked Beef Sausage Sliced

  • Start by peeling the potatoes. Cut the potatoes in half then into similar chunks. Place the potatoes in a bowl filled with water until you finish cutting the remaining potatoes.
Rinse the potatoes and place the potatoes in a bowl. Add the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Mix well to combine. Place the potatoes in an air fryer basket or tray. Air Fry for 18 minutes at 400 degrees (shaking or flipping occasionally for even cooking).
Next, prep the other ingredients. Slice the onion, bell pepper, and smoked beef sausage. Place the ingredients in the bowl with the remaining seasoning mixture. Mix well to combine.
  • Once the timer goes off for the potatoes, add in the pepper and sliced onions. Mix well with the potatoes. Return the tray or basket to the air fryer and cook for an additional 10 minutes at 400 degrees (flipping hallway).
    Serve warm and enjoy.
