This Creamy Shrimp Alfredo With Spinach is the ultimate comfort meal, with silky sauce piled generously on top of piping hot pasta. It is delicious, addictive and indulging.
Cooked the pasta as directed on the package, but al dente. In a large pan, add the oil to heat up. Then add the shrimp and 1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, turning once to cook the other side.Remove the shrimp from the pan.In the same pan, add the onions, spinach, and garlic. Cook until the spinach has wilted. Turning constantly to avoid sticking to the bottom. This process should take about 4 minutes.
Add in the creamer and flour. Stir well to combine and bring to a boil. Once the sauce starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium low and add in the shrimp. Season with salt, parsley and remaining Cajun seasoning. Stir.Add in the partially cooked pasta and mix well to combine. Cover and let simmer for about 5 to 8 minutes on low heat.
Remove the pan from the stove and serve immediately, topped with more cheese. Enjoy!
