Wash and cut the lemons and mango in halves and or small chunks.
In a blender, add water, mango, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and squeeze the lemons halves into the blender.
Blend until smooth and liquify. Add ice if serving right away or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve and Enjoy!
