Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan. Sauté onions until it softens, then add the garlic. Cook until fragrant.
Add the ketchup, molasses, lemon juice.
Add herbs, stir until well combined, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat. Allow sauce to cool and thicken.
