Peel and slice the plantains. Best to use a sharp knife or a mandolin.Sliced the plantains in even slices. Place the plantain slices in a bowl and add the olive oil and salt. Mix well to combine.
Transfer the plantain slices to the air fryer. Cook at 345 for 15-20 minutes or until you've reached your desired crispiness. Be sure to check your chips after 8-10 minutes. Shake and spray with olive oil in between cooking.

However, you may also use the yellow or the green-yellow plantains.
