1lb.mixed seafood thawed: shrimps, quid, mussels, and surimi
18pieces quail eggs boiled and peeled
3tablespoondiced mirepoix mix
1teaspoongarlic paste
1 ½cupmixed vegetables
½cupwater
110 oz.can cream of mushroom
½cuphalf and half cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Start by heating the oil in a large skillet or saucepan. Then add the seafood blend and cook for 5 minutes or until the seafood mixture starts to brown. This should take about 5 minutes.
Then add mirepoix and garlic. Stir. Cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Then add the mixed vegetables. Stir. Cook for about 3 minutes.
Next, add the water and cook for 1 minute. Then add the cream of mushroom and half and half cream, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to combine. Then add the eggs and stir. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy with bread!
