Seafood Sipo Eggs With Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 lb. mixed seafood thawed: shrimps, quid, mussels, and surimi
  • 18 pieces quail eggs boiled and peeled
  • 3 tablespoon diced mirepoix mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 ½ cup mixed vegetables
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom
  • ½ cup half and half cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Start by heating the oil in a large skillet or saucepan. Then add the seafood blend and cook for 5 minutes or until the seafood mixture starts to brown. This should take about 5 minutes.
  • Then add mirepoix and garlic. Stir. Cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Then add the mixed vegetables. Stir. Cook for about 3 minutes.
  • Next, add the water and cook for 1 minute. Then add the cream of mushroom and half and half cream, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to combine. Then add the eggs and stir. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Serve warm and enjoy with bread!
