These Marinated Grilled Country Style Ribs are infused with basil, garlic, apple cider vinegar, Mazola® Corn Oil, and other warm spices before hitting the grill. Then cooked on the grill to leave you with a tender juicy interior. No BBQ sauce necessary as these ribs are delicious the way they are!
Place all of the ingredients in a high-quality blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Reserve about 1 cup and set aside; ½ cup for basting and the other half to use as a dipping sauce if needed. Pour the rest of the marinade over the meat and let sit for 30 minutes.
Place the meat on the hot grill, cover with grill top, and cook on one side for 20 minutes. Flip, baste with marinate sauce. Cook again for a couple more minutes. Remove from the grill and set on a plate and keep warm.
Seasoned Grilled Corn
Cook the corn for 5 minutes in boiled water.
Meanwhile, prepare the seasoning base by adding the oil, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup in a bowl. Whisk well until it thickens. Set aside.
Then place the corn on the grill and when the corn starts to char, use a pastry brush to apply the seasoning base on all sides of the corn. Continue to grill to desired completeness, or until the corn is grilled on all sides.
Remove from the grill and serve warm with Country Style Ribs and salads. Enjoy.
