Ingredients

  • 1 cup beet – cooked and diced
  • ½ cup slaw broccoli mix
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • ½ cup strawberries halves
  • ½ mango – very ripe
  • ½ cup broccoli florets – raw
  • Sliced almond – optional

Mango dressing ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mango, ripe
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • pinch kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley

Instructions

How to make mango dressing:

  • Cook then peel the beets. Dice and set in a salad bowl or platter.
    Then add the brocolli and slaw mix, strawberries, mixed greens, mango. Toss well.

How to make fresh garden salad

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour over the salad and topped with walnuts. Enjoy!
