  • 2 pks ramen noodles
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 carrots peeled and cut
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce plus more, if needed
  • 2 large eggs softly boiled
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • beef strips (steak - stir fry) about 10 strips cooked to perfection
  • sesame seeds optional
  • baby spinach


  1. In a medium pan on medium heat, add the oil, onions, carrots, ginger, and garlic. Fry for about 5 minutes. 

  2. Add stock and water. Let boil until carrots are cooked through. Add the remaining ingredients including noodles. cook for 10 minutes. 

  3. Cook the steak to your desired texture. 

  4. Add the ramen soup to a bowl, topped with eggs, spinach, and beef. Serve warm.

Ramen Noodle Soup Cooking Tips:

For best result when cooking the eggs, cook the eggs for no more than 6 1/2 minutes. 

Cook the beef last for best texture.
