  • 2 pks ramen noodles
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 carrots peeled and cut
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce plus more, if needed
  • 2 large eggs softly boiled
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • beef strips (steak - stir fry) about 10 strips cooked to perfection
  • sesame seeds optional
  • baby spinach


  • In a medium pan on medium heat, add the oil, onions, carrots, ginger, and garlic. Fry for about 5 minutes. 
  • Add stock and water. Let boil until carrots are cooked through. Add the remaining ingredients including noodles. cook for 10 minutes. 
  • Cook the steak to your desired texture. 
  • Add the ramen soup to a bowl, topped with eggs, spinach, and beef. Serve warm. 


Ramen Noodle Soup Cooking Tips:

For best result when cooking the eggs, cook the eggs for no more than 6 1/2 minutes. 
Cook the beef last for best texture.
