6 large eggs 7 slices Italian Bread 3 tbsp. 1% milk 6 turkey bacon strips cooked and crumbled Salt and pepper to taste Olive oil cooking spray 1 tbsp. butter Fresh parsley for garnish Fresh basil for garnish Red pepper strips for garnish Guacamole 1 avocado 1 tbsp. olive oil Salt and pepper to taste
Spray the griddle pan with the cooking oil.
Cook the bacon then remove from heat and set aside. In the same pan, grill the bread and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper set aside.
Lightly spray the skillet with cooking spray. Cook the eggs for 6 minutes and constantly whisk to scramble.
