Honey Garlic Salmon

Insanely delicious honey garlic salmon recipe that’s perfect for any night. Marinade and seared to perfection in a griddle pan then topped with sweet and savory honey garlic lemon glaze.

Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillets About 10 pieces; descaled, washed and patted dry.
  • 1 Tsp. Kosher Salt Or to taste
  • ½ Tsp. Ground Black Pepper Or to taste
  • 4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • ½ Cup Honey
  • Cup Tamari Brewed Soy Sauce
  • Juice From 1 Lemon
  • 3 Garlic Floves Minced
  • 2 Tsp. Parsley Flakes

Instructions

  • Wash and pat dry the salmon. Place the salmon in a large plate, and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
    Add oil to a large skillet medium-high heat. Once the oil is heated, sear the salmon. Starting skin side up, cook salmon until it starts to brown, once browned, turn the salmon on the other side and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Cook the salmon for no more than 6 minutes total.
    Remove the salmon and set aside on a plate.

  • Add the garlic and cook for 1 minutes; continuously stirring to avoid sticking. Then add the honey and soy sauce, followed by the lemon juice, and parsley.
    Stir and bring to a quick boil or until heated through. Next, add the salmon and reduce the heat low. Use a spoon to add the sauce over the salmon.
    Simmer for an additional 4 minutes or until you reached your desired doneness.
    Serve with quinoa or rice. Garnish with chives or green onions.
