Equipment

  • Wok or large skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 Pks. Kielbasa Sausage; sliced into ½ to 1 inch thick. We used smoked beef
  • 2 Celery Ribs; Roughly chopped
  • 2 Green Onions; Sliced
  • ¼ Cup Diced Onions
  • ½ Cup Soy Sauce
  • 6 Cups cooked white rice
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. Cooking Wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large wok or large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Cook the Sausage until lightly golden brown.
Without removing the sausage, add the Celery and the green onions. Allow to cook for 5 minutes. Stirring constantly to avoid sticking at the bottom of the pan.
Next, add the onions and 1 tablespoon of the Cajun seasoning. Stir well to combine. Deglaze with about 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Reduce the heat to medium.
