15-Minutes Tuna Fried Rice Recipe

Within 15 minutes, you can enjoy this easy tuna fried rice recipe. It is a little bowl of perfection as it strikes a balance between nutritious and delicious.

  • Large Wok; Or large skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 Green Onions; roughly chopped
  • ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Lb. Frozen Carrots and Peas; thawed
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • ¼ Cup Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 10 Oz Can Yellowfin Tuna in Olive Oil; Calabrian Chili flavor - 2 cans; 5 Oz. each
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • 6 Cups Cooked Rice

Instructions

  • In a hot large skillet or wok, heat up the oil. Next, add the sliced green onions. Add in the sweet peas and carrots.

  • Stir well to combine and cook for about 1 minute over medium-high heat. Next, spread the ingredients aside and add the canned tuna with oil. Mix well to combine. Spread the ingredients aside; leaving the middle free, add in the eggs.

  • Scramble the eggs, and once the eggs form (scrambled) mix the eggs and the rest of the ingredients together. Continue to cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid burning at the bottom.

  • Add the rice a little at a time, and mix well after each addition. Then add the soy sauce and rice vinegar, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well to combine, without breaking the tuna.

  • The dish is “cooked” until all the ingredients are heated through and the flavors have melded together.
