In a small bowl, add the sour cream, chives, and lemon juice. Mix well to combined. Set aside in the fridge.
Peel, slice and wash the carrots. After the slicing the carrots in half, place the carrots in a bowl. Next, add the oil, salt and pepper, garlic powder, crushed red peppers, and thyme sprigs. Mix well until combined. Place the carrots in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 400°F. Then flip the carrots over, return to the air fryer and continue to cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until tender. Serve with the sour cream dressing. Enjoy!
