  • 2 14 oz. cans Pink Salmon drained
  • 3 large eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup yellow sweet onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp. rosemary leaves dried
  • 1 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Italian traditional dressing and marinade
  • light olive oil for frying

Delicious Guacamole

  • 1 avocado
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

Delicious Salmon Burgers With Guacamole Recipe

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  • Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Drizzle 2 tbsp. of oil in the pan, spreading it around. Using a 1/4 measuring cup, scoop a small amount and place into the heated pan; gently pressing down the patty with a spatula. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Carefully flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the other side is also golden brown.
  • Remove from heat and place on a paper toweled plate.

Delicious Guacamole

  • In a small bowl, gently smash the avocado with a fork. Then add the salt and pepper, Tabasco sauce, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil. Mix well. Serve with salmon burgers.
